Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
Standard Shipping – $12.95
Your order will be shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 days after shipment.
Free Shipping
For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS with delivery within 15-25 days after shipment.
International Shipping: We serve customers globally (excluding select remote areas in Asia and a few other locations). Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges Policy

Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

- In original packaging with all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Candles and diffusers that have been opened or used
- Bedding protectors that have been removed from packaging

2 Receive Authorization & Instructions
Within 24 hours (during business days), we’ll email you a return authorization and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.
3 Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully package all items in their original packaging, include the return authorization form, and ship to:

Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days to appear on your statement

Exchange Process
For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return.
